RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Many of our products are printed or decorated specifically to order, which means we cannot normally accept returns for change of mind or customer selection errors. However, if there is a genuine fault or we have made a mistake with your order, we will put it right.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
PRE-DESIGNED & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Products available through this website may be pre-designed or may allow you to create or customise your own design.
If you create or customise a product, you are responsible for checking the choices you make, including artwork you supply, spelling and design content, garment selection, print dimensions and intended print placement.
If you purchase a pre-designed product, the artwork, print dimensions and print placement have already been configured for that product. You are not responsible for those production settings. You are responsible for checking the product, colour, garment size, quantity and any other options you select when ordering.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order, if:
- an item is faulty or damaged
- we have supplied the wrong item, size or product
- the print or decoration is faulty
- we have made an error producing your order.
Items should be unworn and in their original condition unless the issue only became apparent after wearing or washing.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may be a reprint, replacement, repair, refund or another suitable remedy.
WHAT CAN’T NORMALLY BE RETURNED
Because products are often made specifically to order, we don’t normally provide a refund or exchange for:
- change of mind
- incorrect garment, colour, size or quantity selected by the customer
- spelling, design or artwork errors supplied or approved by the customer
- low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or otherwise unsuitable customer-supplied artwork
- reasonable colour differences between a screen and the finished printed product
- dissatisfaction with print size or placement where a customised order has been produced at the specified dimensions and intended placement within normal production tolerances.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet guarantees that apply under New Zealand law.
GARMENT SIZING
Garment sizing varies between brands and styles. Please check the size information provided for the product before ordering rather than relying solely on the size you normally wear.
Custom-printed or decorated products cannot normally be exchanged because the customer has selected the wrong size.
If we supply a different size from the one ordered, please contact us.
ARTWORK & ORDER APPROVAL
This section applies where you create or customise a product or supply artwork for an order.
Before submitting your order, please check your artwork and order details carefully, including spelling, design content, garments, colours, sizes, quantities, print dimensions, print locations and delivery details.
Where a proof is provided for approval, please check it carefully before approving it.
Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
If you require different print sizes for particular garments or garment sizes, or your print position is particularly important or unusual, please include a note with your order before production begins.
PRINT SIZE, PLACEMENT & ONLINE MOCKUPS
This section applies where you create or customise a product using the online designer.
The garment mockup shown in the online designer is a visual guide. It helps you visualise the size and intended position of your design but cannot show exactly how a print will appear across every garment size and style.
Print size
Unless you specifically request otherwise, your artwork will be printed at the print dimensions shown in the designer, regardless of garment size.
For example, if your design is set at 28 cm wide, it will normally be printed at 28 cm wide. This means the same size print may appear proportionally larger on a smaller garment and smaller on a larger garment.
We do not automatically scale artwork up or down according to garment size.
If you would like different print sizes for particular garments or garment sizes, please add a note to your order before production begins.
Print placement
We use your garment mockup as a guide to your intended print position.
We will aim to reproduce the general placement shown in your design — for example, upper back, centre back, lower back or left chest — rather than automatically moving your artwork to a standard print position.
Exact placement may vary slightly due to garment size, style, seams, construction and normal production tolerances.
If the exact position of your design is particularly important, or you are requesting an unusual placement, please add a note to your order with any specific instructions.
Minor differences between the position shown on the digital mockup and the finished garment are not considered a printing fault where the print has been produced in the intended placement area and within normal production tolerances.
PRE-DESIGNED PRODUCTS
Where you purchase a pre-designed product, the artwork, print size and placement have already been configured for that product.
Normal production variations may occur between garments due to garment size, style, seams, construction and the printing or decoration process.
If we make an error in the production of a pre-designed product, please contact us so we can put it right.
COLOUR VARIATION
Colours displayed on screens may differ from the finished printed product. Every screen displays colour differently, and printing processes reproduce colour differently from screens.
Bright, neon and fluorescent colours can be particularly difficult to reproduce accurately.
There may also be reasonable colour variation between garment fabrics, garment colours, printing processes and different production runs.
If accurate colour reproduction is particularly important for a customised order, please contact us before ordering.
ARTWORK QUALITY
This section applies to artwork supplied or uploaded by the customer.
Finished print quality depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or otherwise unsuitable artwork may not produce a sharp print. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not necessarily improve its quality.
AI-generated artwork and images obtained from the internet may contain backgrounds, artefacts, transparency issues or other imperfections that aren’t obvious on screen.
The online designer and digital previews do not guarantee that customer-supplied artwork is suitable for high-quality printing.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We may not hold every product, colour and size displayed on the website in stock. Products may be ordered from suppliers after an order is placed.
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If this happens, we’ll contact you and may offer a suitable alternative, allow you to wait for replenishment where appropriate, or refund the affected item if a suitable solution isn’t available.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Advertised production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed with you.
Production times may be affected by stock availability, order size, artwork issues, production requirements and periods of unusually high demand.
Courier delivery times are outside our direct control and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
WASHING & CARE
We recommend washing garments before first wear.
To help protect your garment and print:
- wash in cold water
- wash printed garments inside out
- do not tumble dry unless the garment care instructions specifically allow it
- do not iron directly over printed decoration
- follow the care instructions provided with the garment.
Some detergents and stain-removal products can affect garment dyes and printed decoration.
IF THERE’S A PROBLEM
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, details of the affected item or items, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.
Please don’t return products before contacting us. If we need an item returned or inspected, we’ll let you know what to do next.
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
